What makes it worth it – and what doesn’t

The friendly staff made our stay enjoyable and the clean pool was a nice perk. Breakfast included waffles and decent coffee too

Helpful staff but room cleanliness needs attention

I had a nice experience here overall, especially with the staff who promptly assisted when I left something behind. However, the room could have been cleaner. there were some noticeable stains and the bathroom floor wasn't as fresh as I'd hoped. While it's a decent place for a night, I wish it had a bit more attention to detail.

The pool view rooms offer a decent sight over the water, adding a touch of relaxation. Plus, the proximity to local dining and shopping options stands out, making it a convenient choice for quick stops.

The non-smoking room clearly smelled like cigarettes, which was a problem for our asthma. WiFi had zero connectivity, the fridge emitted an unpleasant odor, and the towels seemed like they were shrunk in the wash—some even looked questionable. The door lock was unreliable, providing far less security than expected, and the shower had visible cracks with a faucet that felt like it might come loose at any moment. This made for a less than stellar experience overall.

We stayed in the Double Room with Two Double Beds and it was really comfy. The beds were nice and clean, and the room had a good-sized fridge and microwave, which was super handy. The location was great, close to food spots. Overall, the staff was super nice and helpful, which made our stay even better!

the quality inn was a pleasant surprise. the staff were super friendly and helped me quickly when I left my pocketbook behind. it was great to have my bag waiting for me at the front desk when I returned. also, it’s very close to delicious restaurants and shopping.

A Decent Stay with Room for Improvement!

I recently stayed in a Double Room with Pool View and found it adequate. The room was clean and comfortable, but the outdated decor needed attention. Employees were kind and accommodating. For breakfast, a few more options would make the experience better. Consider nearby restaurants for great meals!

Exceptional staff and comfortable, clean rooms made for a pleasant stay. The staff quickly returned my pocketbook, showing great attentiveness. The fridge and microwave in the room were also convenient for my family. Nearby eateries, including places for Neapolitan pizza, provided handy options for meals.
